Casa Rosa

Project
Description

Set on a rare double lot in the heart of historic Flamingo Park, Casa Rosa’s grounds have been thoughtfully reimagined to complement the home's 1925 Mediterranean architecture while creating a private, resort-style retreat. The landscape design embraces the tropical essence of Palm Beach, blending mature palms - carefully preserved throughout the renovation - with new plantings to create a lush, verdant backdrop.

A new heated saltwater pool with integrated spa and cascading water feature anchors the rear garden, surrounded by a beautiful pool terrace, generous lawn and curated plantings that provide both beauty and privacy.

At the front of the property, the original entry was transformed into a charming Mediterranean-style courtyard, centered by a sculptural agave that draws the eye and sets the tone for the home’s indoor-outdoor lifestyle. Meandering pathways connect the main house to the newly added guest house and studio, framed by dense tropical foliage and soft garden lighting that enhances the ambiance at dusk.

Casa Rosa’s landscape is a seamless extension of its architectural heritage - timeless and serene.
